Hiking Snowshoe Meditation Day: Join us for a beautiful meander up the Paradise Valley, with great views of Mt Rainier, deep snow. One of my favorite snowshoe trips!

Includes: Meditations, guided Hike / Snowshoe Trip.
What you Need to borrow or bring: day pack, water, picnic lunch, rain gear, snowshoes, poles
Meditation: Some of the day will include some walking and nature meditation.
Schedule: We will drive / car pool Sunday morning at 8am from Everett, and return Sunday early evening.
