Core Flow Yoga
Tuesday nights 5:30 - 6:45 Next 6 week series begins May 22 ($56)
A flowing form of Intermediate level, Traditional Yoga that blends a soothing sequence with some energizing standing, balancing, and stretching poses. Benefits include a strong core, flexible body, reduced stress, awareness of breath, calm mind, and a greater sense of core self.
Gentle Yoga
Thurs nights, 6:30 - 7:45pm Next 6 week series begins May 24 ($56)
Relaxing yoga for nearly every body. Beginners and flexibility-challenged people welcome, along with seasoned yogis. Combines stretching, balancing, and strengthening poses with breath awareness and relaxation. Benefits the body, mind, and spirit.
Over 50s Yoga
Wednesdays: 10:00 – 11:00am. Next series beginss May 23 ($47)
Fridays: 10:00 – 11:00am Next series begins May 25 ($47)
Yoga for nearly every body and age. Gentle yoga for stress relief and well-being of body, mind, and spirit. Combines balancing, stretching, and strengthening poses with guided breathing and meditation.
Ten Tips for 2012 Sat, April 2 , 9am - 12pm
Learn valuable health and healing tips to handle the Earth changes with grace and gratitude. We include yoga, breath, meditation, emotional intelligence, healthy self esteem, compassion and other teachings.
Healing and Awakening: Wed, June 27, 6:00 -- 9:00pm
Learn the essence of healing, personal growth, and awakening. Part lesson and part practice, we will explore yoga, meditation, breath, spirituality, emotions, and offer some tips for not only surviving but thriving during these tumultuous times.
