Theme: Balancing the masculine and feminine energies:

At long last, there is a beautiful balancing on Earth at this time. After thousands of years of imbalanced, distorted masculine dominance, and disempowered feminine energies, there is tremendous opportunity and grace for healing at this time. We will explore and discuss this theme and offer teachings and exercises to balance yin and ynag, masculine and feminine, being and doing, heal the wounds, and free the voice of emotional expression.

Accommodations:

We will stay at a beautiful garden and permacultue setting an hour from Kona international airport, on the North Kohala area, with nice views of Maui. At an elevation of 1,500 feet, we will keep cool enough to sleep well, but warm enough for the beach trips.  The accommodations are “gourmet camping” (glamping), and you do not need to bring anything, as all big tents, comfortable mattresses, lamps, electricity and sleeping materials are provided.

Instructors:

Yoga: Heart centered, breath connected yoga for every body. Roy Holman is 500 hour trained in viniyoga, has taught yoga and meditation since 2000, and teaches a heartfelt, breath connected, meditative class. He was certified as a Oneness trainer in India in early 2012, and is also certified in meditation, reflexology, hands on energy healing, and other healing arts. Please see details on the style of yoga on instructor page.

Liz Gross will also teach yoga, meditation and energy work, and help cook. “I believe all healing involves alignment of the soul with the body. When you’re consciously in touch with the life energy within yourself, you have awareness & communication with the flow of energy that connects you to spirit. I feel very passionate about Vibrational Medicine and love working with others in this way & helping others to connect with their purpose and passion in life.” Vibrational Energy Medicine brings the physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual bodies back into balance, which opens the way for rebuilding the healing systems of the body.  Please read more about Liz at her website

Oneness Trainers Roy and Liz will also offer Oneness Blessings and Trainings to those interested. (see Oneness link above). You will also have the opportunity to be trained and initiated to become a Oneness Blessing giver. The Oneness Blessing is a non denominational transference of grace, very mind-calming, heart expanding, profoundly trans formative for awakeIMG_1359ning our true Self.

Activities and Schedule:

The whales should be around! We have morning and sunset yoga, healing workshops, snorkeling, swimming, hikes, wildlife sighting and photography, and other options. Kona Airport is the primary airport on the big island and receives both overseas and inter island flights. This is where we fly in and out of. Shuttles will be arranged to and from hotel.
